The most professional thing we can do for students is to prepare them for a job market that doesn’t fully exist yet. By the time an 8-year-old enters the workforce, they won’t just be “using” AI; they will be Collaborating with it. \u200bAI Trainers: Who teach machines how to be polite and accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u200bData Curators: Who find the “clean” information that AI needs to learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u200bHowever, the “10\/10” insight is that Human Skills are becoming more valuable, not less. As AI handles the data and the logic, humans are needed for Empathy, Leadership, and Complex Ethics. A robot can write a legal contract, but it can’t argue a case in front of a judge with passion. A robot can suggest a medical treatment, but it can’t hold a patient\u2019s hand and give them hope. We want students to focus on their “Humanity” as their greatest career asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
